Directions:

Muscle Pain
Apply two to three drops of Chinese White Flower Oil every two hours externally and massage into your skin. Reapply every two hours if necessary.

Massage White Flower Oil gently into your muscles and joints to relieve pain temporarily.

Have someone massage this oil on your back if you have a backache. Rub White Flower Oil on your bruises, sprains and arthritis for relief.

Headache and Neck Pain Relieve your sinus headache quickly by applying one drop of White Flower Oil with a cotton swab under your nose.

Hold the bottle of White flower Oil and inhale, or add three drops to a handkerchief and deeply inhale.
