How to Order from Buarada
Buarada ships authentic Thai products worldwide from Thailand. Orders are placed by quotation, so you always see the full cost of your products and shipping before you pay. Here is how it works.

Browse the shop and note the products and quantities you need. You can combine products from different categories in one order.

Request a quote
Press Request a Quote on any product page to message us on WhatsApp, or use the contact form. Tell us the quantities and your destination country.

Receive your quotation
We send a quotation within 1-2 days. It shows product prices, the shipping cost for your chosen method and the total amount.

Confirm and pay
Confirm the quotation and pay in full by international bank transfer (T/T) or PayPal. We start preparing your order once payment is received.
- 5
We prepare and ship
Order preparation takes 4-7 days after payment. We then ship by the method you chose and send you the shipping details.
Payment
- International bank transfer (T/T). Bank details are provided with your quotation.
- PayPal. Available on request. Your quotation shows the total for the payment method you choose.
- Payment terms. Full payment is required before shipment.
Shipping
- Express courier. FedEx, for faster delivery of parcels and cartons.
- Postal service. Thailand Post, an economical option for smaller parcels.
- Sea freight. For larger orders.
- Your own freight forwarder. If you already work with a shipping company in Thailand, we can deliver your order to them.
Delivery time. Transit time depends on your destination country and the shipping method you choose. We confirm the estimated delivery time in your quotation.
Minimum order
Minimum order varies by product and is confirmed in your quotation. For larger volumes, private sourcing or regular supply, see our wholesale and sourcing service.
Import duties and regulations
Import duties, taxes and customs fees in the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the quotation. Rules for importing food, supplements and cosmetics differ from country to country, so please check the requirements in your country before ordering.
